Almi improved search quality by 20 %


The background

Almi is a governmentally owned company in Sweden that creates opportunities for all viable ideas and companies to be developed. Their website is important in fulfilling their goals, by attracting new potential clients and communicating with existing ones.

At the beginning of 2013 Almi launched a new website with Visitors Voice. After 3 months Visitors Voice Almi started to work actively with the suggestions from Visitors Voice in order to help more visitors find content.

The outcome

After six months of work the total search quality had increased by more than 10 units to 61 %. In real terms that meant 500 more visitors every month find what they want on Almi.se – a huge payoff on the investment.
